Happy Spring 2017!
When I moved into my present house in White Rock in 2003, winter nights near 0 F (-18 C) were common, and there was a chance of frost into June, with May 15 being the usual end of nighttime freezes. Last year I think that the last frost was around April 1. This winter, I don’t think that there were even ten nights when the temperature fell below 20 F (-7 C). We’ve not had a frost in March so far. I’ve had to water my grass several times already. It’s been close to 80 F (27 C) in the afternoons lately. Climate change anyone?
