I can't not shoot a close-up of the two flowers from the plant in the previous slide. Lobivias are really easy to grow and they have wonderful flowers over a long period. I recommend them to anyone who would like to grow cacti. Echinocereus (the Lobivias of the Northern Hemisphere) have super showy flowers, but can be touchy for the grower. Plus, they rarely flower outside their usually narrow flowering window. Grow Lobivias for a great reward for minimal care.   (080/112)
