Echinocereus pectinatus MG226.11 4/16/21
The same plant as the previous picture, four days later. I think that this is the only species of cactus that I've seen where the fading flower is not a disordered blob. Note how the base of the petals/tepals have changed to a shade of brown, from green. (02/56)
