The Sulcorebutia arenacea herd 5/25/17
I thought you might like a habitat picture - my habitat that is. These plants were in almost continuous flower for about three weeks. The flushes were distinct with maybe three days of much diminished flowering, followed by many rings of flowers. I’m always surprised by how readily this species makes good fruit (maybe 20% success) vs the usual 2% Sulcorebutia success. (22/48)
