Echinocereus X roetteri 5/15/22
The magenta-flowered Echinocerei (E. engelmannii and E. fendleri are most common) are wonderful, but a single flower lasts two days, at the most. Most of my E. roetteri/lloydii plants open flowers for almost a week. I have one plant whose flowers lasted close to two weeks. I'm not aware of any normal (what does this mean?) Echinocereus having flowers that last more than two or three days. (26/56)
