Almost all the Lithops have either yellow or white flowers. People grow them for the patterns on the leaves. (The plant bodies are technically "leaves.") I also like the flowers. They open and close for more than a week. The plant bodies that you see will be completely swapped out for a brand new set of leaves starting in early spring 2022. The process takes a couple of months. This means that you get a brand-new plant every year. The wound that is apparent on the right-most plant body goes away in this process. If you wound a cactus, you have to live with it, sometimes forever.   (30/32)
