Shlumbergera (xmas cactus)         2/22/21
An odd thing is going on right now in my greenhouse, all the Schlumbergera that flowered before xmas have spent February, March, and now, April, doing so again. I used to see odd flowering during the summer when I lived in Washington State. But, the writer Mark Twain has commented that a summer in the Pacific Northwest is a very comfortable winter. These two flushes in a year for all my plants is something new in New Mexico.   (17/32)
