In my hands, the commercial so-called xmas cacti tend to bloom before Thanksgiving, finishing the first week of December. The commercial suppliers have absolute control over light and temperature, so they are able to produce their product for sale starting right after Thanksgiving and running up to xmas. I'm puzzled as to why the plants disappear from the shops the day after xmas. (01/32)
