Neoporteria curvispinus echinus MG1030.76 5/6/20
The spring and summer blooming species of Neoporteria are starting up. Fred Kattermann, who reassigned all of Neoporteria into Eriosyce, makes a case for all the subspecies of N. curvispinus being good species. I agree, but I'm not sure that the reassignment of Neoporteria to Eriosyce is all that useful. I think that eventually the half dozen or so genera he reassigned will be reborn. (30/56)
