Neoporteria coimasensis MG1030.4     10/31/16
Too bad that the winter Neoporteria flowers are so relatively small and quite indistinguishable (to me). They’re still satisfying to look at, and the plants are very different (again, to me). An amazing display of spines, squared. Most of us true cactus nuts grow cacti to look at the spines. Flowers are truly ephemeral in most cases. Spines are forever.   (18/32)
