Peniocereus greggii transmontanus SNL1 (grafted)     6/28/19
My favorite kind of photo - the close-up. This species is called the "Arizona Queen of the Night" in popular cactus descriptions. I've looked to find this species in habitat every chance I got these past 50 plus years, whenever I was in southern Arizona. I've never found a plant in the wild. My SNL1 was a fruit I collected (stole) from the front yard of a neighbor when I was in grad school.   (84/88)
